Mission Viejo

About Mission Viejo

Another one of the many beautiful master-planned communities in south Orange County, some say Laguna Niguel was the originator. Sitting below the southern San Joaquin Hills, the city is nestled between the coastal Laguna Beach and Laguna Hills. An affluent city with one-third of the city space allocated to public spaces and parks, the quality of life is quite amenable — the city has developed a reputation for family upbringing within the OC region.

While employing many residents at local businesses, there’s no major dominant corporate presence. Many work in places such as Laguna Beach and Dana Point, or at companies headquartered in nearby Aliso Viejo such as UPS, Pacific Life, Pepsi, or Fluor. The United States Federal Government employs many at the most notable building on the landscape, the Ziggurat-style Chet Holifield Federal Building.

Many upscale neighborhoods are available inside of Laguna Niguel, including Coronado Pointe, Kite Hill, and San Joaquin Hills. Many are master-planned with significant neighborhood organizer presences. Make sure to speak with me if you’re contemplating moving to this great city!
